Ed and Val developed the Transformation Enablement Process, which Financial Times commended in connection with its FT Innovative Lawyers of North America award for 2022. This provides a holistic and inclusive method for working with customer teams and potential partners to navigate the difficulty and complexity of programs that use technology as a conduit for meaningful transformational change. 

The process has been applied to very complex work, including all types of outsourcing, global ERP systems integrations, re-engineering programs, and global digital transformations. This work has spanned industries as diverse as financial services, automotive, healthcare, entertainment, agricultural, and consumer packaged goods (CPG).
